As problems come up and solutions are found we will post it to this page.
The most common problem is not being able to hear the internet stream. Here is some information concerning fixing that problem.
Solutions:
a.) Try listening for 10 minutes. Sometimes depending on your network, buffering will cause intermitted playing.
b.) You may have tuned in when there is nothing playing like in some break times.
c.) You may have a web browser issue. IE6 and above is recommended. All other browsers may have problems.
d.) The internet streaming tuner uses Windows Media Player. Try an uninstall reboot then a reinstall to ensure there is not a problem with windows media.
e.) Our streaming tuner does not work with MAC systems.
f.) Try turning off your internet and personal firewalls they may be blocking the communications ports.
