Rules: KICKS 99 “Ultimate Jason Aldean Experience” CONTEST RULES 1. No purchase necessary, no prize substitution. Prizes are non transferable and not negotiable. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash. 2. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any. 3. Must be 16 years of age or older with a valid ID. All federal, state, and local laws apply. 4. Employees of Beasley Broadcasting Group, Inc., and any other sponsors are not eligible to participate to win. 5. By participating, winners grant permission for their voice and telephone call to be recorded and rebroadcast for promotional use on KICKS 99. 6. This contest is not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising marketing agencies of/for any radio station or cable television franchise in the Augusta, GA Metro area or the Central Savannah River Area. 7. BBGI, Inc reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at anytime as well as end this contest anytime. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final. 8. Listeners will be asked to send in via email headshots of themselves to biggreentractor@kicks99.com 9. Listeners will then be required to check kicks99.com at set times each weekday which will be 7:20am, 10:20am, 2:20pm and 4:20pm. If the listener finds their picture on the “Big Green Tractor” they have 1 hour to email Kicks99 at given email address which is biggreentractor@kicks99.com. 10. All listeners who send response emails back will be qualified for the “Ultimate Jason Aldean Experience” which includes tickets to Jason Aldean’s concert at the James Brown Arena in the “pit” right in front of the stage and meet and greet passes to meet Jason Aldean
